It was a whole day event on last Sunday at Lankaramaya Buddhist Temple in Schofields, Sydney celebrating Vesak, which started off with the meditation session followed by Bodhi pooja, Bakthi Geetha and the beautiful Lantern/Thoran display during the evening.

The UCAANSW committee organised the string hopper food stall in the evening raising proceeds of $2746 for the Lankarama Vihara Fund. It was a great success and we wish to thank all those who came forward to help deliver this task. Also, thanks for visiting the stall contributing to the community work.
